About Jennifer
Senior executive, entrepreneur, and adviser whose career connects physical delivery, service operations, enterprise risk, digital modernization, and public-facing stakeholder leadership — with a proven track record of bringing people, strategy, and execution together.
Jennifer McLachlan is a transformational leader whose career spans last-mile delivery, global security and risk services, retail franchise operations, hospitality, and government advisory work. She has built and led high-performance teams, managed full P&L accountability across multi-million dollar operations, and navigated complex environments involving government, unions, boards, and C-level executives across North America and internationally.
An award-winning technology executive, Jennifer led an all-Canadian North American last-mile delivery initiative with a $100M+ launch — sourcing billions in retail small-package volume while building trust with global C-level executives and maintaining engineer-level fluency in enterprise technology. Her results have been recognized with the National Customer Service Award Canada, the Global Cross Selling Award, the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Pin, and the Town of Newmarket Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award, among others.
Jennifer holds executive education credentials from MIT (Organizational Design for Digital Transformation) and York University (Venture Catalyst), and is a certified Global Risk Professional. In the 2025 federal election, she ran as the Liberal candidate in Newmarket/Aurora — receiving nearly 30,000 votes and delivering the largest increase in Liberal voters in York Region at over 3.5%. She is based in Toronto and Victoria, BC, and is available for advisory, board, and speaking engagements.
What Drives Her
Jennifer is motivated by the belief that organizations — and the people within them — are capable of far more than they realize. Her work is guided by a commitment to integrity, a bias toward action, and a deep respect for the complexity of leading through change. From franchise owner to federal candidate, every chapter of her career reflects the same conviction: trust is built through results, and results come from bringing people, strategy, and execution together.
